We run an e-shop on the website www.holominiatures.com

 

We process some personal data to provide our sales of goods and operate our website.

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address

We will contact you through them for further arrangement regarding the goods

This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.

 

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 15 years from our last communication.

 

  1. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase

 

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, address.

 

For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to perform our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to meet our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

 

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

 

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 15 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

If you are a shopping customer and you have not forbidden us to do so at the time of purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter.

This is made possible by the provisions of the Constitution. § 7 Art. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have forbidden us to do so at the time of purchase.

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, there are some companies or other people working for us who get access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
  • Companies involved in the dispatch of goods Czech Post
  • companies involved in the dispatch of Shoptet Pay payments, PayPal

 

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
